1) refrain from dumping grass clippings and other waste on vacant lots
2) no garbage cans shall be stored where visible from any street
3) keep you lawns mowed and well maintained, which includes the entirety of your lot.
The Homeowners Association Board of Directors would like to remind everyone who walks dogs throughout the community that:
1) Your dog(s) must remain on a leash at all times when it is off your property.
2) It is the dog owner's responsibility to keep their dog(s) under control at all times, whether on or off their property, so they are not a nuisance to others.
3) It is the responsibility of the person walking a dog to pick up after the dog if it defecates in someone's yard or on the street. Please carry a bag with you and pick up your dog's feces.
We hope that this reminder to exercise simple and reasonable dog etiquette will eliminate the complaints we have received regarding this issue.
