Subject: 2010 Board of Directors

Per the vote conducted at the Annual HOA meeting on 01/30/2010, the following three homeowners were elected to fill the three vacancies on the SOGHOA board of Directors:

1) Carlene Boyd
2) Delton Robinson
3) Mary Wilson

George DeVillar will remain on the Board and complete his final year of service.

The new Board convened a meeting after the Annual Meeting and elected the officers for 2010:

1) President - George DeVillar
2) Vice President & Chair of the Architectural Control Committee: Mary Wilson
3) Secretary - Carlene Boyd
4) Treasurer - Delton Robinson

The new Board wants to take this opportunity to thank the previous Board for their diligent work on behalf of the Shady Oaks Estate home owners.
